ACCL / ACOEL 2018 Joint Program
The American College of Environmental Lawyers and the American College of Construction Lawyers are co-sponsoring a program at Columbia Law School on April 27, “Weathering the Storm: Resilience and Sustainability in Design and Construction.”
The full-day program includes panels on resilience and sustainability in design and construction; planning and legal issues related to resilience and sustainability, including the potential liability of architects, engineers, builders and owners; increasing resilience through solar, cogeneration, microgrids, and energy efficiency, and associated legal issues; and future opportunities and perils for lawyers and clients.
