Submit Public Comments
As noted above, the PA DEP’s public comment period for the Falcon began on January 20, 2018, and extends for 30-days. As far as is known, no public hearing is planned during this period of review. The status of comment periods in WV and OH are not known at this time.
Residents of Pennsylvania, and in particular those living in communities likely to be impacted by the Falcon, are encouraged to explore the contents of the Falcon Public EIA Project and contact the DEP with your concerns.
